You must be at least 21 years of age to buy ammunition. NO FFL is required for ammunition. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Personal checks and money orders also accepted. Prices subject to change without notice. All items advertised may not necessarily be in stock at the time you place your order.

SHIPPING:
We ship UPS direct to you! Deliveries can be made to street addresses only. We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURN POLICY:
Rintoul Enterprises cannot accept ammunition returns. Many of our customers are staking their lives on the reliability and quality of our ammo. Therefore, they deserve to know that each time they purchase Rintoul Enterprises Ammunition, they are getting ammunition that has not been out of the factory and has not been handled by others. So, we will not resale ammo that has been returned to us.

When ordering, be sure that you are ordering the exact ammo you want as we will not accept returns for a refund.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Placing an order implies consent with all the terms and that there are no local/state/or federal laws prohibiting you from placing such an order. Rintoul Enterprises is not obligated to honor misprinted or incorrectly quoted prices. Orders may be canceled by Rintoul Enterprises without notice or cause. Please Note: We are unable to ship to the states of Alaska, Hawaii and Massachusetts at this time. Local State and/or Federal laws prohibit ammunition being shipped to this states.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
If you receive packages damaged in shipment you must make a claim with UPS. They will instruct you on proper procedure for claim filing.

RETURNED CHECKS:
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
